chelsea charms -- what i heard

I heard when Ms. Charms went through her last expansion, they took some tendon from her calves and used it to support the mammaries (internally of course) kind of like a suspension bridge.

Where did you hear this?  Chelsea has not undergone an expansion in the last 3 years, as far as I know.

If anything she has fluid removed from her breasts periodically because she literally can't get bigger since her skin and the sheer weight of further expansion will not take it . She hasn't grown much , if at all for the last 2 - 2 1/2 years .
