I can help with the medical area, I'm an RT(R). So how much space on the grounds is allotted to vinyard and orchard? When my copy of the plans arrived there was a big coffee spill on them.

We've got 20 acres to play with. Five of those have been set aside for vineyards and orchards (though it will take some time for them to mature enough to produce a crop). I figure another 3-4 acres for the yard, an acre or two for gardens, there's the pool and patio, we'll need room for parking, then we'll want to keep a few acres "wild" (for relaxing in the woods)....

Thanks, I'll let you know when they arrive. Hmmm a few acres for a yard, eh. Maybe I should go to ground school after all and work on my hot air balloon pilot's license. I've been on chase crews off and on for a couple of decades.
