Yes there are several degrees difference between the two situations, but it is difficult to support one bad influence (even though it's intended audience is not [censored] people) while condoning another (whose audience is [censored] people) ...

Not really. In a sense we are influencing a handful of people, but those are people who seek us out. But unlike Britney, we arent in the spotlight with a million screaming girls who want to be just like her. Though we may affect a few people, if anything it'll just make them incredibly horny with a somewhat odd fetish. Show me a thread or poster on here which preaches the same way today's pop stars do, and I'll gladly admit I'm wrong and that this place is a bad influence.

As another thought, [censored] are going to discover sex. Period. Its just a matter of when and how. Today, many are finding out about it online when they should be getting  the talk from their parents. This place isnt really that bad of an influence in the grand scheme of things. (I mean look at how I turned out and I was here for 5 years before I turned 18 *cough*). Anyway, McKormick is right, this used to be a happy thread. So I'm going to use that as an excuse for losing my point and just stop now...

I saw the music awards earlier. They reran on MTV2, and I happened to turn it on during that performance with Madonna, Britney and Christina. Think I caught it at the beginning, cause it went on for awhile. Seemed like Britney enjoyed that alittle too much. And Christina was like, so out of it.

the group is over its bandwidth limits. it always is, and its why i'm tryin to get the clip to host it for him. he asked for a small section on the site and its up now. if anyone has that newer clip and wants to upload it to me pm for details. i've been trying all day without any luck. thats just how yahoo the bandwidth nazi works  :/ granted it is free so... whose to complain.
