All I can really say is this isn't the Nikki Cox I grew up to love and admire.  I just think it is a bit sad that it seems she needed to work on her face when it was fine just the way it was.

Everyone keeps slagging on Nikki Cox here. Did it ever occur to anyone that this is not something she has done to herself? I have yet to rule out that her swollen lips may simply be an allergic reaction to Jay Mohr.

As for the subject of lip injections; when will they learn that NO ONE ever comes out looking better after the lip injections?

I think she looks fine.  Candids of stars with no makeup on always makes them look like crap.  Whoever you've favorite actor/singer/model/etc is there is a picture of her on the web with no makeup, making a stupid face and looking awful.  Trust me.  There is actually a website I encountered a while ago that collects exactly there types of pics of celebs.  I recall Christina Aguilara looking particularly gross.  My only issue with Nikkis looks is she could use a lift. That's about it. Otherwise she looks good IMO.
