Well, I've been considering implants for a while (ask Strider). I just have no idea about them. LoL I read a lot of good informative threads and articles, but I still don't know..

People, do me a favor and tell me risks of both saline and silicone, which feels more natural, side effects of both during post-surgery(even the scary after surgery pain), and estimated healing time.

I would like to go up two cup sizes, so what would that make me if I'm a D-cup now? Also, my breasts are more full, meaning they don't stick straight out like most girls I know. I mean, my nipples are fine ad centered, but I'd like to get a bigger and better profile.

Please, only people with information/experience please respond.

We should have an implant FAQ.

First off, it's impossible to go by cup sizes. Implants come in cc sizes, and that's all the surgeon will say. Cup sizes are too variable.

Try this, go get several different types of bigger bras of different sizes. Get some plastic bags and fill them with rice or something. Wear the bras and use the bags to stuff your bra.

Once you find a look you like, get one cup size larger than that. I hear that they always wish they went bigger. Even Keisha did. Oh, and when you're done, the amuont of rice in the bag is how big you want the implant to be.

Obviously the images posted in the original thread that Strider started were not of the greatest quality, but from what I saw, you've got yerself a kick-ass little body.  I usually don't go around discouraging pretty thangs such as yerself from "upgrading" in the breast dept., but this is one case where I think you would be absolutely INSANE to alter that body in any way.  I love em big.  Bigger the better!  But some chicks just have it goin' on, and there is no need for surgical alterations of any kind.  This will ultimately be your choice (and I'm sure Strider has some influence), but IMHO, you should stay as far away from the knife as possible.

I've known that she wanted implants even before I met her.   I've always told her that if it's truly what she wants, then I'm okay with it.  It's her body after all, there's very little I can say.  Though I told her I would not approve of surgery if she was going through with it just to please someone(i.e. me).  I've always told her she has a gorgeous figure and I mean it.

If it's truly what she wants, I will not stand in her way and I will support her in her decision.

love_them_boobs: Thank you very much for the compliment But I've been thinking about this for quite some time. Strider really had no influence on me, LoL. My breasts have been a source of my insecurity for a long time. I was practically flat chested all through middle school and I got teased. I was a large B/small C until Grow Bust, which brought me to a Dcup LoL. So I think my boobs are done developing =\
