 If this is your first episode it will make you are incredibly ill-prepared to how EVIL the show is. A lot of dangling plot threads to really horrible events are probably going to loom everywhere. The previews show only what the surgery will be about...the subplots will kill you. Especially if you watched from the begining.

J- BTW fun game. "who's the most evil" You watch nip/tuck with friends and whichever friend sees evil things real far back on the horizon is the "evil one"

I dont know what it is about this show, but I saw like five minutes and ignored the rest. It really didnt interest me. Didnt grab me by the shirt like say, The Shield.

Man, I sure picked a bad time to cancel Dish Network. Now I will not be able to watch, tape and video clip this episode. I wish I could at least watch it. Darn, I really can't believe I cancelled Dish. If someone tapes it, I can rip it and create some clips. But hopefully someone can tape and capture at the same place. Wish more TV series had such a line up of big chests.

'Antonia Ramos' is the *character's* name (and the name of the episode), not the actress. And I don't think that the woman in the red sweater is the Antonia Ramos character. Given that the episode's title character has, so far, always been the same one that appears in the "So tell us what you don't like about yourself." part of the preview, it's most likely that 'Antonia Ramos' is the dark-haired woman in purple (posted above).

As for the post about how practical it would be, I don't think they use the same girls over and over. I got the impression from the preview that it was a one-way job. The drug dealers find some Colombian girl who dreams of going to the U.S. and arrange to get her paperwork to get into the country. In exchange, they bring the heroin in with them in their implants. Then again it is just a TV show

It does look to be some nice viewing. Why did my ReplayTV pick this week to go kaput? Damnit!!
