Well let's take a look at the facial similarities. If you look at the nose, it's extremely similar to SBG's, in the length width and shape. They have as far as we can tell, the same eye color. The eyebrows look a little different but in the recent picture they are styled, the eyelashes are virtually the same as well. Also, the inverted hairline hair color range and texture, the exact same dimples, head shape etc. When you tally all these things up, the chances of them being a different person get very small. I would say there's an 85% chance it's the same girl because of how much different makeup can make a girl look and compensating for overall probability. Something else I just noticed, if you flip the new image in the pink, they both have a marking next to the mouth/chin. She looks more like her in the pictures with the pink outfit. Go through the video of her flashing and look at her face from different angles, compare it to the pics here and you'll see situations where they are almost identical. I would say the breast size in general isn't exactly the best way to compare them.
