Chelsea really doesn't care about whether she is surpassed by BEShine.
I hope that is true; goodness knows I think they're both magnificent, and in every single video and audio I've seen and heard of Chelsea, she is as sweet as she can possibly be. OTOH, I recall Melonie Charm's analysis of the decline in mega-enhanced models, in which she said that from the business point of view there's only one largest-breasted model, and whoever that is will get the majority of money from fans.
On the third hand, as Lt. Arex would say, the point of that is that it drives off women thinking of joining this sadly small group--they have a long, expensive way to go without assurance of making a living at it. That doesn't apply to Chelsea, who is blessed--she need only postpone draining, subject to skin stretchability constraints.
