The corset that the first lady is wearing is from Fredrick's of Hollywood....My friend has the exact same one.... Unfortunitly it does not have steel boning, just cheep plastic, it diden't last long....

Those are Ballet Heels, a type of fetish shoe design that goes beyond the 6inch 'Ultra' heels. That design is purely for show, though they can actually be walked in. Spook, a fetish girl that is tied for the world's smallest waist at 15 inches also wears ballet heels 24/7 last I heard. There are better designs though for actual wear.

The picture is of Lacie in her Ballet Heel boots, the current holder for the actual record of world's smallest waist. Spook is cuter though(which makes sense since Spook is in her twenties).

Personally I prefer Spook because she's kind of cute. Not busty, but cute counts for morphing material at least. Also, after my little google search I realized the world record is thriteen inches.
