That is definitely the same girl, but the photo has been morphed. Or, rather, "photoshopped".  She would never go around in a shirt that see through. I think her boobs are that big, though, and I KNOW her waist is that small.

I think somebody photoshopped her shirt to appear look see-through, though her breasts are probably that enormous (augmented).

Don't know WHY photobucket won't let me upload a full size gif??
This is a clip from the cell-phone video I took.  Anybody know how to load full sized gifs to photobucket or flickr??

Don't know her name, but I see her at renaissance festivals in Florida all the time.
I have to figh the urge to run up and see if my hands would fit completely around her waist (which would probably get me slapped).
Then I have to fight he urge to stick my face in her humongous and very visible cleavage and go "BRBRBRBRBRBR" (which would get me arrested)
