with a view to her site.

She has gone to some time and trouble to get visa accreditation so that she can share herself with the peeps that like to view her form.

Now then. Why do I mention this? Aha. There is a reason.

One is that so that peeps who were members but found that the membership has lapsed due to not having any way to pay for her site now know that there is a way providing you have a visa card.

Secondly it is a reminding prompt that there is a site available should anybody not know it and third......

She has expressed a sentiment to increase in size. This sentiment seems to be appreciated by a fair few boob hounds here. This will take money, that money will come primarily from income from her site.

So. If the site income is lessened the time frame for the increase/increases will be lengthened dramatically and maybe be postponed indefinately or depending on the money generation factors maybe forever. Getting implants that huge costs mega bucks.

So then. A small investment on the part of some of us will get this future fantasy happening all that much faster. In simple terms. No invest = maybe no happen. Invest = happen. Invest more = happen much faster.

And no this was not a paid political advertisement at all.

Heh. Yes I thought it was simple enough.

There are not many that are positively going much bigger with a vengeance. So my thinking is that it is good to support those few.

Well mathematically speaking lets say the cost is US$10 per month. With 350 peeps contributing and say the total cost for procedure and implants is US$15,000 then after deducting and taking into account tax and operational costs we could be looking at 6 to 8 months for the next step.

I was thinking the same thing Jaytas. I can't help it. I'm an acctnt.

And you know I have always wondered just how much money a feature or BE girl could make. Hypothetically speaking.

Was 350 peeps your real world estimate? I figured world wide theres got to be at least 5000. Lets see thats $50K. The band width and other internet costs have got to cost at least $10K. Noncomputer costs like camera, costumes etc. another $10K. Face it I doubt too many are really paying taxes, so maybe  $5K. (A realistic estimated tax is around 30% of net what w/ fed, state and SS...) Around $20K PER MONTH, NET!  I'm sure the estimates way off, but just thinking.

What do you think?

Its a great job if you can get it!

5,000?

An overestimation of the market I am thinking. As in the market that pays NOT the market that is willing to look for free.

So. You are looking at US$3,500 a month roughly. Now. Factor in a few other things.

First thing to factor in is the money that never arrived for first month cause the company went wrong. Facor in no way to get payments for 6 weeks or so. Factor in peeps getting site access for free for that period of time. Factor in that now that VISA is available how many have re-subscribed?

Hello Everyone,

First of all, I have to thank Jaytas for the sweet post.  You are truly nice to let everyone who might not know, that I can currently accept VISA (after my debacle with Globill after the first month of my site's opening).  It's been a long, hard road getting this far and I sincerely appreciate your attention and efforts on my behalf.

I know that there have been many posts in the past in regards to the difficulty in making any money off of Big Breast sites.  I can recall Melonie and Vixen, among others saying how few site visitors they have every month.  While it seems probable that someone could make $20,000 a month off of their site, it's really not likely, at least not that I have seen.  I know that there are very likely exceptions to that, but I couldn't tell you who.  With as many sites as there are online, even 5000 breast lovers would be spread thin if they each joined just one of the hundreds of sites out there.

In regards to my personal site, there hasn't been any extreme rush of thousands of people signing up.  lol  I wish there were, as I'd then have those implants already in place.    Add to that the additional setbacks of losing the money my customers paid to Globill that first month (Which I may or may not see in the next 2 years after they settle all of their internal lawsuits.), my overfill augmentation in July, the fees for online processing, bandwidth, hosting, and VISA fees, and other various odds and ends for equipment, lighting, etc. and you get the general idea of the situation which we all face.

I sincerely appreciate Jaytas' post and the support, monetary and otherwise, that I get from all of you here.  This is a wonderful community which shares the same goals and desires as I do.  Thank you all for being good friends and sounding boxes.  Whenever I need a bit of encouragement, I know that I can find it here.  I'm not going to give up my dream and know that someday it will happen.  Thanks again and take care.

Kisses,
Keisha

On behalf of myself I can say that you are most welcome Keisha. After having studied your pictures and vid clips very very closely I have come to the conclusion that you need a lot of support. (How was that for a double meaning?    )

Which I am ready to supply of course.

I don't want to hijack a thread about Keisha, or take it too far off topic, but ...

Thousands of paying members might possibly be true for a multi-girl site with promotion like Scoreland or Danni's Hard Drive or PhotoClubs.  However, single girl sites are lucky to have a few hundred paying members on the average.  Remember that it's standard practice for members to sign up for one month, download everything in the member's area, then cancel only to sign up again for one month in six months or a year down the road to download the new material posted in the meantime.

Yes your estimates are way off.  Again the multi-girl supersites may have enough volume to justify owning their own servers, employing their own full time techs/webmasters/admins, purchasing wholesale bandwidth in huge volumes, and obtaining their own credit card merchant accounts and secure servers, to reduce their proportion of expenses versus members.  However, single girl websites must "lease" space on shared web servers, must make a "share the cash flow" arrangement in one form another for someone who acts as tech/webmaster/admin, must pay a higher unit cost for bandwidth in lower volumes, must pay a stiff percentage to credit card processing services (typically 20% of gross transaction), and thus have website operating costs which fall somewhere between 1/3 and 1/2 of the gross amount received in membership payments.  On top of that, 100% of every dollar received through the credit card processing service is reported via 1099.  So even at 350 average paying members per month with a $15 fee = $5250 (which is well above the average number of paying members of my own website, as well as a higher membership fee than my own website can competitively charge per month btw!), less 40% in website operating costs reduces the gross amount to $3,150, less 35% income and self employment tax leaves a net monthly amount of $2,048 or maybe $25,000 a year from website memberships.  As I said before, even the 350 member and $15 per month estimate is optimistic and actual earnings are probably quite a bit lower for single girl websites.

Now subtract a few other costs such as a $750 annual credit card processing service registration fee, $1,500 a year in costs for upgrading/maintaining home computer, digital cameras, cable modem, another $1,500 in costumes, and you can see why most single girls with big boobs who operate websites also have to keep their day jobs or still work in clubs!

Now consider the true cost of getting new huge implants.  First there's the cost of the implants themselves and the surgery - 5 years ago buying 3 custom implants and the surgical fee cost me about $14,000 - before complications set in costing me another $6,000.  But remember the "day job" - recovering from surgery for 3-4 weeks means 3-4 weeks of lost "day job" earnings which might amount to another lost $1,500-$2,000.  Therefore, in the real world, you're looking at a 12 month payback on getting new huge implants vs. website earnings.  This also assumes that nothing catastrophic happens with the girl's website (like posting of a password on a pirate site or Kiesha's incident with GloBill where she was left paying for a months worth of bandwidth for all of her members without actually receiving any of the membership money GloBill collected for her website).  This also assumes that nothing catastrophic happens with the new boobs (like Vixen's nipple problem requiring several subsequent surgeries - thankfully her doctor is performing these for free - most doctors would charge extra - but she's still facing lost club income and extra travel expenses with every surgery and is unable to model nude for magazines and big boobs supersites during the nipple repair process).

Considering that Keisha is shooting for 6000cc next trip to the doctor, she may stand a very good chance of seeing her income greatly improve AFTER she gets the implants.  The reason is that with (overfilled) 6000cc implants, Keisha stands a very good chance of de-throning Chelsea Charms as the girl with the "biggest boobs in the business".  There is a certain percentage of huge boobs fanatical fans who are willing to spend large amounts of money to get a closer look at the biggest boobs in the world - this segment of the big boobs business naturally flows to the handful of girls with the biggest implants.  Overfilled 6000cc implants should lead to new opportunities for Keisha to attract the interest of the big boob magazines, TV exposure, etc. which will expand public knowledge of who she is, and in turn drum up more business.

However, this is a special case where Keisha is concerned because she has already made the huge investment to already obtain a 4000cc size and thus be within "striking distance" of capturing the "biggest boobs in the business" title after her next trip to the plastic surgeon.  In the case of other girls like Vixen getting their first set of custom implants, they face the same sort of costs to get a set of custom implants rated 2000cc, but wind up at a size well short of the "big boob mainstream" i.e. Sarenna Lee, Angelique, Sable, myself and many others in the 3000-4000cc range.  This limits the new girl's ability to draw serious attention and earn serious money based on boob size alone (fortunately Vixen has tons of other attributes!).  But it also means that girls looking to get first time custom implants must approach it on the basis of "love of boobs" alone, without much hope of ever receiving any payback on their investment.  This is the primary reason that there are so few new girls willing or able to get implants beyond the reasonably easily obtainable and affordable (overfilled) 1000cc rating i.e. Harmony Bliss, Christine Allure etc.  This point also does not bode well for the future of the huge boobs business once the current crop of active girls decides to follow Busty Dusty, Wendy Whoppers, Tiffany Towers, Traci Topps and other former big bust stars into retirement and breast reduction.

Mel and Kiesha and any other girls, well, just to help out a bit, point me to your banner pages and I will point you to Ciera Sages and we can exchange banners then. Shes not a big boob girl yet, shes only considering going to DD. but shes has a good draw in the xxx arena and can give you cross over traffic and visa versa.  so, Christine A- your links up already...  mel and kiesha vix I would like to see it happen IF you want it too. everyone should be trading banners as much as possible, its tough out here. and single girl sites in xxx fare not much better unless you have some bg guns behind you already. ie sincity or so. later richee.
http://www.cierasagexxx.com - check links, banners are there plus link for the banner farm as well. nite all its 12 mid.

ya know, content trades are the way we fight costs in xxx, we are more than ready to shoot anythime someone wants to and share pics/vids. I'll be driving to seattle end of Nov.

A better business model for Websites

After reading the above I was doing some thinking (since my day work is in technology and my education is in research and analysis) that many of the issues that were pointed out could be over come with some modifications to the current way your sites are set up.

About the membership downloading all the old content – that is pretty simple fix – make the site access per month pay and view cost.  If you pay for one month, you get to view one month (not all the archives) pas months can be viewed for an additional fee of a month cost in an archive section.

Think of it as any other magazine subscription – you want back issues you have to buy a copy of it, you want all past issues, you have to lay out the cash for them all.  Now on could use a sliding rule on this, one month per fee, or three or whatever… the idea is to make available product at the cost that is going to pay for its production as well as a profit to make doing it worth while.

This would also avoid posted passwords as the access per pass account would only be able to download the current months issue, doing so many times over would allow quick and easy cancellation of that account/password without the entire site being raided over and over.  Easy to monitor – account X has downloaded the same current month 10 times… flag it and suspend until contact with account holder.  Or if you want to get fancy, include in the account pass you may download content 1, 2, 3 or however many times and that’s it for the cost.  This can be done rather easily.

One thing that does not get address at all and I think should be is one of building up access – think of this – take two people.  One joins the first month that the site opens and pays the whole way along – probably over $100.00 at the year mark and gets all the content (each months access every months – because they are paying for it), and the second that signs up at the end of the year for $12.00 and due to the entire content of the year being available accesses all the same product at about a 1/10 the cost.  Does that sound fair like equal access?  Rather it should be that this person that just paid the same per month as the first person should only receive access to 1/12th the sites content.

Also, most models don’t do it but they should make “copy”/”save” images not available as a feature when viewing the site.  Someone right clicks on the image to save it – they get a “that function is unavailable as this image is copy write protected”.

There is a lot of things that when slightly changed can increase efficiency and lockdown security for much of the content and the sites access to the general public.

So, it might go like this…

Uniquely me, goes to Keisha’s site (as modified to deal with the above).  I check out the membership section and decide to join the month of November 2003.  The price is 12.00 for a month of access.

In the site every Monday there is an update of one set of images, and 2 movies, 1 article and access to anything submitted in that weekly update from members (morphs, comments, etc.)

I access the site and look/download one set (I only get 4 FTP downloads per this months access and so I will get to download each update 1 time only in zip format, so I don’t run up Keisha’s bandwidth bill more then necessary (and if I am a sleazy crook I can’t share out my pass and screw her out of money… which I would not ever do…FYI).

Keisha has also made thumbnails available on her site for each update but removed the old full images (to save on bandwidth, and because members can just as easily see them on there own HD – which will access them faster anyway).  None of her members mind this because they still get full quality images and they don’t have to hunt and peck and wait for a download to web-view each images in a browser.

I go to the archive section and there I can buy access to past months issues of “Keisha Mega-Breasted Star”  I select the first months issue as I just have to have it.  I see that Keisha has a movie section of longer movies that she has made especially for download.  They are longer then most and I decided I have to have “Keisha at the Bar” I can not see it… it’s a must.  So I checkout and the rest is history…

…then my evil side takes over… and I Evil-Package post my access to the web on my evil web-site and let the world have access to poor Keisha’s site.  Little does evil me know that I can only share Nov access to the world (Smart Keisha laughs as the world of evil-doer-er-er’s (!@$*(&#????)  attempts to access content and find nothing the first 3 additional accessed get a copy of November 2003 and the rest get nothing.

Evil-Me is defeated and Keisha is safe and secure… months later she posts a new update – “Keisha, new big busted model has altercation with Chelsea Charms!” (Full Story) Apparently both models were at CES when suddenly my Keisha’s left bra strap gave way and her 10,000cc left breast erupted from the cup, rolling out and crushing Ms. Charms (Oh, the humanity of it all…)  Ms. Charms is currently listed in fair condition after paramedics freed her from under the breast with a new device called the hoist of life (designed for CES events after the fatal crushing of several Maxi Mounds fans in 2002).

(I really should spend less time on the pc…lol)
