It says on her website that she is going to quit the site because she doesn't have enough members to pay for it anymore. That would be sad if she quit making her awesome vids...

We should thank the lord that we have hours of footage of one of the greatest racks in history and thousands of pictures too. Her legacy will last a lifetime.

Yeah, I don't share vids but I do see her vids illegaly distributed a lot and since I'm not a paying member I guess I'm part of the problem. If money wasn't an issue I would be a member of her site and many other sites too btw but I simply cannot afford it.

I don't really think so. If the content could be contained I doubt there would be significantly more paying customers. It is wrongly assumed IMO that those who view the freely shared content would pay otherwise. The reality is that those viewing it that way largely value it at or close to zero or they have time to hunt it down but not money to pay for it. That is if they had to pay for it, they just would go without it instead.

I completely agree.

They essentially have almost no advertising and definitely do not have an affiliate program, and they compound that problem by sticking with a website platform that was built in the year 2001 and that's never been modernized or updated to keep up with the modern internet, which has massively and rapidly evolved in the 13 years since then.  The days of simply putting up a website featuring a hot model and doing nothing else and still having it succeed have been over for years now.

They have no mobile platforms, nor anything optimized for smart phones or tablets, which so many users and their resulting traffic is migrating to, and they also no marketing plan other than word-of-mouth, so it shouldn't be surprising that they are having trouble.  What's more surprising is that they have actually lasted as long as they have, given all that.  It's a testament to Milena's awesomeness, IMO.

To be fair, there's a lot of sites on the web that have followed the same blueprint to eventual extinction and who short-sightedly blame piracy as the culprit, but that's not the real reason they are having trouble.  Piracy is a serious problem and definitely shouldn't be ignored, but one cannot lay blame solely on that when there's literally so many other far more important things they could and should be doing, but are not.

DJPFC, reading this made me think ( that's the burnt, smoky odor that you smell  ::) ;) ;D ), has Pinupfiles approached Milena to model for your company ?  ???  That would be awesome, me thinks.  :)

I was thinking the same thing. She'll be a free agent soon so maybe one of the major sites will sign her up for the occasional pictorial. She is still in her prime and has many more years before she calls it day IMO.  :)

We would love that (as I'm sure many other companies would, too) but getting in touch with her is the trick.   If you know a way to reach her, we would love to hear it.

Anti-social behaviours lack consideration for the well-being of others. Any types of conduct that violates basic rights (human rights is one of them) of another person. It can show as covert or overt hostility.

I've got membership graphs for sites that show differently.
Its a basic supply and demand economics.  There's an overwhelming amount of her content out there. as a result the value of the content decreases along with the desire to pay for it

If there was LESS of her content out there, would have membership sales go up significantly? Probably not.  Maybe only 10% but that have been the tipping point for her

Do you really think 10% increase/decrease is reason for a tipping point? I doubt that. Maybe 50% or 100% I could believe makes a significant difference. With 10% difference you already have taken the decission to continue or not.

1) Demand varies with price. There's a lot more demand for flat screen TVs at 10 cents than there is at $1000.
2) It's novelty business. What's new gets the business. Try getting even $50 for a tube TV. People have moved on. But if you leave a working one on the curb for free someone might take it.

Some newspapers saw how many people were reading online for free. They decided that if they put up a pay wall and got some small percentage to pay they would make money. Instead online readership dropped to below sustainable levels. They priced themselves above what people were willing to pay. Their content was new everyday and wasn't widely available elsewhere.

Simply put the product is dated, people have moved on, the cost is higher than people are willing to pay. But if someone runs across it for free, some will still look at it.
