No twin, Munch. Those pictures are literally mine! They are me! They were taken (by Larry, my SO and photographer) just before and about six weeks after my augmentation. The text isn't quite correct, of course...I wear a 32 band size, not a 34 as it says there (I was still measuring myself incorrectly at that time), and I was a natural F cup before the weight loss (the first three years or so of my website, I was "all natural").
Also, I find it quite flattering that Linda liked my results so much that she's using them as her example of what she'd like.
One thing you do need to know, Linda, is that, once you get them "filled up", they won't stay as firm and high as they are at the beginning. They will settle somewhat and will also increase a bit in size as your natural body fluids, etc., fill in.
You would definitely be wise to go for over the muscle. With as much natural breast tissue as you have, you won't have to worry about rippling and under the muscle would be more likely to give you a "snoopy" look since your implants would have better support than the rest of your boobs.
