Well, part of it is the angle of the camera relative to her body.  Perspective effects make them look larger because they're closer to the camera than the rest of her body.  It was probably shot with a low F-stop to shorten the depth of field and and a short focal length lens to increase the perspective effect.  Also, she's kind of leaning to the side, and then she's pushing them forward with her left side arm.  That makes them look bigger too.

Don't get me wrong though... she's fantastic.  One of the most beautiful women I've ever seen...

Call me a dreamer but personally I'd REALLY like to have a three-some with Ewa and her sister.  

Then again I'd be cursed to having disappointing sexual encounters from then on because nothing could beat it.  But I'd be willing to make the sacrafice!!

I was going to give an explanation of why she appears bigger, but Gizmo nailed it -- that's exactly why.

He also nailed the fact that none of that matters because she's ridiculously hot...  one of the all-time greats.
