That's definitely a large part of the story ... less and less money to be made by simply having 'enormoboobs', earning decent money requiring getting involved in the porn/sex business, and the ability to earn decent money in the porn/sex business not having much correlation to whether the girl in question has natural C cups or augmented J cups.

The other part of the story is of course the increasing costs and difficulty involved in obtaining huge breast implants and finding a doctor who is willing to/is skilled enough to put them in without major complications soon following.

Put the two together and you've got a situation where several years of effort and tens of thousands of dollars worth of repeated breast augmentation surgeries allow a girl to essentially make the same amount of money as a girl with natural C cups in the porn/sex business.  Thus the only girls who are really eager and willing to go through the enormoboob process today do it because they simply love having enormous boobs (and don't mind having loan payments for the surgeries) !
