In the persuit of scientific knowledge, I am setting up this thread as a posting ground for specific information.  Please post here only the following items:

1) Herbs that you KNOW have worked (even if it was just a little bit).  Please enclose your time of use, consistancy and dosages.
2) Suppliments (brand name or otherwise) that you KNOW have worked.  Again, please enclose the information about it's use with the subject.  
3) Questions about any herbs or suppliments

I'd like this thread to be THE source for herbs and suppliments.  Read about one on the net?  Come here to see if anyone had success with it.  Want to subject yourself to BE fan's funding your growth?  Post your williningness here with the understanding that you'll give monthly updates about your research and development. =)

I recently purchased [as an xms present for K], the bust enhancement kit from www.greenbush.net - their site had a -ton- of information about how the herbs work [ http://www.greenbush.net/greenbush/breasenfaq.html ], and the simplicity of the capsules [one bottle of each kind, not blended] will allow for good, clear understanding of what works best [if it's, a, b, c, a+b, a+c, b+c, or a+b+c].

a = fenugreek
b = saw palmetto
c = fennel

Plus [and this really caught my eye, because I'm that flavor of pervert ] have a recipe for making BE herb liqueur.

Expect an update after xms, when K will have gotten her presents, as well as had a talk to her Ob/gyn about various and sundry plumbing concerns which I'm grateful I don't have, but am here to play "supportive treestump" for.

As far as measures we have taken that have had measurable results: the BE Hypnosis [ http://forum.bearchive.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=real&Number=67340&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1 ] has been a positive experience for us - perhaps half a cup size in the last couple of months, as well as more firmness and markedly improved sensitivity [as well as K appreciating them as being sexy, and not simply "just there"].
