Yes I saw the show in question. Without a doubt, she definitely went bigger with her augmentation. I would love to hear her discuss her reasoning in a truthful discussion. I think that perhaps she miscalculated her previous decision to trade in her 'Barb Wire" implants for smaller ones, as seen in her most recent Playboy spread. After having the VIP series cancelled out from under her and an undoubted cutback in other career possibilities as a result of her shrunken bustline, I would bet that Pamela's agent had a long talk with her in regard to the actual importance that her 'Barb Wire' breast size had in regard to her career versus her acting skills or stunning personality. Another trip to the plastic surgeon, and poof she's queen of TNN and probably in higher demand than ever!

I saw the end of the interview last night, here in the UK.

I assumed it was an age old episode that had finally made it across the pond...

It particularly caught my attention when she mentioned Striperella's glass-cutting nipples!!!!!!
