I think those are the most recent implants that she put in after she took out the previous large ones.

She took the previous impants out, claiming she was now a serious actress.  When no one paid any attention to her, she put in these even BIGGER ones!

it was bound to happen.  most would argue she's lived a hard, fast life.  there's no telling what all these women w/ tattos are going to look like when they're 70.

that being said, it makes a great case as to why natural beauty endures.  if you compare bo derek to pam anderson(equally talented in their day) bo's natural beauty runs circles around pam.  bo was the first one to come to mind but there are many others.
