Hi.

You made the same experience I made (i'm european) several times -with sites protected by US-billing companies-. I was was willing to spend money, but i could not.

The difference: i could select my country, but my credit cards were declinded (although they are valid and although they have more than enough credit).

especially iBill and ccbill strictly refuse to accept my credit cards.

I also though: "seems the do not need money from non-US/canada-people".

Bad thing, but it seems the US and the european credit card systems are not compatible. at least not compatible enough for internet billing companies.

There is a 1-1-1-1 rule around here, which although many of us think is unfair, we follow.

You posted 6 pictures of Penelope in one day, last I knew the limit was one. Add to that that some of the pictures you posted were stamped with "copyright" right on them...well, you get the 'picture'.

I've been away on business for a week so perhaps I misseed the rules being changed, but AFAIK, we still hafta play by them.
