It certainly is  an actual depiction of her, though not of course a current picture. Are you perhaps a French or German speaker? Many languages use "actual" to mean current or recent.

She had some issues with one side (I think it was the left one) which was removed earlier and had the loose skin and now it looks like she had a lifting to a smaller more common size.

Well, that's the way most big bust models went sooner or later.

I hope she is happy and be sure she might find satisfaction for herself even without having them anymore.
