Yes, it is a shame. Any suggestions on downloading the images? It can be very tedious. I've tried a couple of "website downloaders" in the past with mixed results, but Penelope's site would be a challenge I'm sure.

Very easy, given you use a reasonable web-browser (what excludes MS Internet Exploder).
 
open pic. right mouse-click, context menue appears, choose "view background", voila.
or just go to www.penelope*lackdiamond.com/member/bilder.
There you got all the folders with the .jpg-files.
Movies are at ../member/emlif

Mozilla works best for photos. However, I can only see movies with IE. I was using http://www.penelopeblackdiamond.com/member/filme/  to get a list of movies that could be downloaded with a right click, but this no longer works. Any other suggestions on the movies?

Just read above. ../filme has changed to ../emlif, that's all.

Thanks for the info. The index of /member/bilder tip works great. Now I can avoid all of that java crap or whatever it is that seems to slow my system to a crawl (anyone else have that problem on her site? I'm using mozilla 1.7, win xp. Maybe I should be using my trusty old iMac instead).

On a another subject... have ya'll seen the August update list yet? Very disappointing! Only three Penelope sets! The balance are all of Lilo and those other horrible skanks! What are they thinking!

No problems with Mozilla 1.6 or 1.7 and gnu/linux or FreeBSD (i do not use the lame spyware XP).
Try to uninstall flash, then uninstall mozilla. Then reinstall mozilla and after that reinstall flash. Maybe that helps.

Yep, bad balance, but: three new PBD-sets, each more than 100 pics.
Look at other model-webpages and you will hardly find a model with 3 updates and more than 300 new pics in one month.
But: the balance is bad. And not a single new movie. E-mail her. I have sent her an e-mail.
