Regarding that bug of IE saving .jpg files as .bmp's instead of jpg's. There are two versions of the problem, both with work-arounds.

Aparently, if the IE browser cache is completely full, sometimes IE will start saving jpg's as bmp's. The cure for this is to either enlarge your browser cache or go into tools->internet Options and hit "delete files" to clear the browser cache.

The other problem is stranger, sometimes when you try save a pic it will refuse to save as anything but a bmp, but if you hit the browser "reload page" button and try again, then it will work. For some reason, this happens to me for EVERY attached picture in this forum, but it doesn't happen anywhere else. go figure...

Glad to hear my comments were of some help. I'm really happy to hear Bambi and 'repli aren't giving up on this project because I was really looking forward to seeing the site whenever it comes out.

Bambi...the only reason I haven't done more vid morphs is because I ran out of pictures of you with poses that really "worked" well

when I get some more...

I probably won't be able to do anything new till about two weeks from now, but after that...

Don't feel bad about being hit by the "it would be so much cooler if I added this" site-delaying disease. Lots of really big game development teams have been hit by EXACTLY the same thing. They get near release then have some clever idea they decide they just HAVE to have and BANG, their release gets pushed out another six months. "Duke Nukem Forever" (game) was supposed to take 2 years but has been in development for 6, mostly cause of this.

The great thing about websites is that there is no penalty for bring up one partly done and then adding to it. In fact, the frequent additions often help keep interest levels up.
