From the 1950's Sofia Loren doesn't seem to approve of Jayne Mansfield. 

It wasn't very nice to upstage Sofia like that, but somehow Jayne's breasts were at the centre of attention where ever she went...

She died tragically on June 29, 1967, when she rear ended her car into a truck. She was only 34 years old at the time.

I have read about it - terrible accident. Perhaps it should be mentioned that she wasn't driving, but was a passenger on the front seat.

That is amazing if you think about it. Another truly famous woman that had such a tiny waist was Vivien Leigh, who starred as Scarlett O'Hara in the movie Gone with the Wind back in 1939.

Jayne Mansfield and Greta Thyssen meeting at an event. Perhaps its just the tiny moment the picture was taken, but while Jayne smiles, she does not look particularly happy. According to some sources Jayne did not want to be pictured with women who were bustier than her, and here it definitely looks like Greta's curves are steeper!
