It is a movie called "A Dirty Shame" That picture is of Selma Blair, in the movie her character wants to hae the biggest breasts in the world. They did a great job with the fake boobies they look really good.

Ever since i found i can play WMV and AVI files using Power DVD 6 Pro, i can also make caps off of those same files. How about THIS cap
