Hey there, I'm new here Anyway, I've tried all the various links to the nurse game, either the full version or just the CGI videos. Is there anyone who knows of a working link or can put the torrent back up?

BTW, how did you figure the name out? I mean, how did you translate it from japanese symbols to letters? there's a couple of games like this one I'd like to get but I don't know what title to look for!
There's a lot on  Getchu.com for instance! Can someone help translating the titles? especially the 1st, 4th, 5th, 7th, 9th and the 2 last. Only need the title to start searching for them!

The following link (http://shop.himeya.com/) leads to a site that sells import games, such as Anata to Mita Sakura.  I was able to find out the name by looking up the company, 13cm, which produced the game. Once finding a list of 13cm games, i proceeded to flip through them and find this game.  Unfortunetly, this place is nutz and wants 80 dollars for it, unless you read japanese of course!

Jag asked this, but I thought it may help others.  If you need a way of translating japanese to english, go to the Altavista search engine, and it has a link that goes to their translater, which you can copy and paste to translate, or if you think it'll work, translate a whole site.

Yeah, Babelfish is a big help for trying to understand foreign web pages.  It can be a little slow sometimes, and don't expect the output to be perfect English, but by god it works.

A good way to figure Japanese Yen into American Dollars is pretty simple.  Knock off two zeros to get a pretty rough price.  The actual exchange rate is usually a little bit more than 100 yen to $1 (more like 107 or so).

So, from memory, they paid about $87 for the game.  Think they're going to sell it for much less than that?

    I don't recall if I made this remark at this forum or somewhere else, but I will warn anyone trying to use the Web translators like Babelfish that they generally do an  appalling job of rendering Japanese into English.  There is a serious difficulty with the parsing -- which is a tricky enough matter for students of the language -- that frequently leads to translations of words or phrases being a mile off.  (This situation isn't helped much by the fact that quite a few kanji have multiple meanings, sometimes unrelated.)

     It will be helpful only to the extent of figuring out what the page is generally about and which buttons to click; don't expect to understand much of the details...

I already know about babelfish. The problem is that most of the time, you won't be able to figure the right title for the game you're looking for. For instance, you won't get anything useful translating the homepage of Anata to Mita Sakura with it. What you want is the title of the game in english, which is "Anata to Mita Sakura". According to Babelfish, it's "Motherhood love"...   I can garantee you that you won't find anything with that string on edonkey!!

So is there another way to decipher games titles?
