Oh, you can't burn the game.  Nobody has figured out a 100% effective way to get around the Alpharom protection.

What you CAN do is emulate the CD drive.

Install that and create a virtual drive, then mount the CD image and run normally.

You'll need to have your computer set to run Japanese games, as well.

Are you sure typing three exlamation marks (!!) will make the file appear in the search? I searched it many time and I can't find it. All I know is more than 400 mb. What is the exact name of the file? Oh yeah, I have no luch finding the -no cd patch either.

You don't need a no-CD patch.  Just follow my directions above and you'll be set. ^_^

Anyway, you need to search for it by its Japanese character name.  I tried pasting it in here but it didn't seem to show up with this type of board's formatting.

What's that blurb that's now at the top of the Ail-Soft page say?  It's about this game, something about sales ending or something.  Can anyone translate it?

Oh, and I believe a more proper translation of the title is "Nurse Flesh Structure Metamorphosis Chart", going by the kanji meanings that JWPce listed.
