I recall an episode of Powerpuff Girls in which all three were in the absent-minded Mayor's office while he wandered around naked. And of course his secretary was always very top heavy and often her torso would be the only part onscreen.

To clarify the above point: The secretary, Ms. Sara Bellum (I love that name!) was designed to never have her face seen. Ugh. That is worded terribly. The conceptual design of Sara never includes her face. No one knows what she looks like, not even the artist/creators. (That's a little better)Along a similar vein as b-cup (which started this thread), there was an episode of the Powerpuff Girls where there is a bit of role playing. Blossom opts to be Ms Bellum and, in due course, promptly pads her top. In another episode, a villian impersonates Ms Bellum and after she is found out, her bra pads are thrown as weapons in the heat of battle. I could go on, you know....
