No, that was from the first episode.  June 25, which was when the first episode was released.

    As these things usually go, the cover art probably won't appear until sometime in May (but we'll keep an eye out for it).    Meanwhile, here's Ooshiro-san cosplaying Chiharu:

Hey, just registered to clarify the screen shot thing.  To take screenshots in Windows Media Player, do the following:

Go to TOOLS, then OPTIONS, then click on the PERFORMANCE tab

Slide the VIDEO ACCELERATION slider to NONE.

Now try taking screenshots as you usually would with printscreen, it won't show up black anymore.

Well, for those that don't know this "miracle" of BE anime, please access this link...there are a lot of EIKEN pics!(one i attached here...) BTW,i was wondering how i could find the complete EIKEN manga series...somebody know? Some sites, as well as  animecastle have a rare few copies (very sold out... )If somebody...

If you want to buy Eiken manga. It's very easy: go to Amazon and buy.

Of course the is the problem if you can not use Japanese for search there. In this case trivial way is to check the list on the Eikenist site: just grab ISBN's from there (click on manga number and then on cover picture to get ISBN) and use it for search (use only 10 digits and no extra characters - in this case you'll be sent straight to right page) on Amazon. Once you'll put manga in the basket you can switch interface to english.

Just a quick question that I am confused about.

Is a second Eiken dvd being released or is it only being released in mangas or what is going on? I just want to see more. Is it in the making, thought process.. or just not being done? Can anyone help me out?

I'd say of all the characters, Chiharu is as very infatuating.  I guess there's something about those quiet, shy girls that appeals to me.

Her younger sister is a bit disturbing, and the younger girl with the pair of beachballs isn't quite up my alley.

  A nice pair of beachballs are good sometimes, but it's just seeing them on a [censored] frame that doesn't do well for me (or maybe it was my 30 year old boss telling me how he's infatuated with Lindsay Lohan-UGH!).

Secoond DVD is in preparation: you can order DVD here and box (two DVDs) here. But! It was sheduled for release back half year ago and was postponed till 23 June so we can not be sure it'll be really out 23th June. On other hand manga goes and goes - 15 volume is out, 16th and 17th are in preparation. Plus manga has more coherent story anyway (if you try to squeeze story printed on more then 3000 pages in two half-hour OVA there are BOUND to be some prblems, you know). That's what's going on.

Also there are rumours about Eiken TV but at this stage it's still not clear if it'll ever happen or not.
