Question for Mel, Joi, Vix, et al.

I have an ex that is planning to have BA surgery. She's currently located in the VA area, but is open to going to another location for her BA surgery. Being in the AZ area and having paid for 7 prior procedures, I know a couple of good doctors around here. However, given my history with this young lady, (even though she's an ex, and happily married to a really nice guy, btw), I really want to make sure she's in absolutley the best hands.

To give you an idea of what we're dealing with here...

She's very petite. She's currently a 34 A/B cup. She's currently considering a 350 cc implant. She wants a good solid D cup. She's looking to spend between $4000- $5600

Any suggestions? Sub/ultra muscular? (very low body fat, doesn't want a bunch of rippling)

Doctors?

If she's in the Virginia area, there is an absolutely excellent doctor nearby named Tom De Wire.

From what little info you've given, it sounds like she's a good candidate for under the muscle placement, with maybe 450cc implants.

You paid for seven boob jobs? On the same girl? 7 individual girls? You mean to tell me you paid out at least 20-35K on tits?

Mel: thanks! I've passed along the info.

Angelus: only 2 of them were on the same woman. The rest were for different women. And yes, I spent a little over 40K on the procedures. It was no big deal. I had the money, I like big boobs, they wanted big boobs.

In all but 3 of the cases, I'm still good friends with them. The other 3 were just using me for the money. I figure a 50% return is pretty good.

Tucson is a town where half of us scrabble every month to pay the bills. The other half is like DKoster.

But his attitude about it (over being burned, plus caring about some exes) is great. So I only post this as a good-natured rib, lest any misunderstandings be created.

Not being a woman, but in college I had a long relationship with a woman who wanted implants and we visited several doctors, not to mention slumming implant sites since then, I'd also concur that under the muscle would look the best on a girl with little breast tissue and low body fat. But only the doctor could examine her close-up to see just how much elasticity her skin has, to see how big she could go at once. It's probably not too likely she could hit a full D on the first try, but you never know.
