Need help for a tagline
« on: August 26, 2001, 03:00:00 PM »
I want to put a particular quote on the end of my posts (here, at Hooters.dk, and in the newsgroups, etc...), but my memory is failing me. I think the quote came from Rouseau (probably misspelled), and (I think) the quote goes like this; "I may disagree with what you say, but will defend to the death your right to say it."
Any help is appreciated, I want to say it right and attribute it properly.

"I disagree with what you say, but I will defend to the death your right to say it."
-Voltaire

To be precise, it's usually attributed to Voltaire, though there's no direct reference.  See here for a brief discussion.
