breast augmentations surgery

I’m a little curious as to breast augmentations surgery – and before you ask, yes I have looked online for information.

My question is, I can understand how breast implant are pushed under the skin though a cut under the breast – but how does the surgeon stretch the skin enough.  Or is their enough elasticity in human skin to allow it as it is?

Hey,

Human skin can only stretch SO much. You can't really give a woman with an A cup a HUGE implant. Tracy was a great candidate for a large implant cause she breastfed and her skin became loose, plus she was already a C cup to begin with. So she was fortunate that she had the skin that she had. I do know if you try and use TOO big of an implant with little breast tissue you can get rippling where you can see the implant underneath the skin.

Skin elasticity is the largest factor regarding the size of implant which a girl can get during a first BA surgery.  Of course, over time the skin grows, stretches and adjusts.  To get to really substantial sizes, several surgeries with several sets of progressively larger implants are necessary over the course of several years.  I'm currently on my 5th set of implants.
