under or over the muscle
« on: June 15, 2004, 04:49:32 AM »
A recent post has got me wondering, what is the difference in over and under muscle implants?  How much different do they look.  Just as an example, what kind does model Lovette have, I have assumed they are under since her breasts look a lot different that other models.  Is that a correct assumption?  Please post examples.

You have the same assumption about Lovette that I have. I'm pretty good tllin the diff. it's like unders are more high riding than overs, dueto the fat that the muscle tend to act sorta like an internal bra, atleast that's what I've heard. I like theook of both. However, some overs to to lok like unders and vice versa. I also think Sabrina Sabrock has unders. I could be wrong though. Melonie mentioned that in  mag. article Sabrina has like 1200cc. That brings me to another quesion: When going bigger, 800cc - 1000cc + , is it possible to go under the muscle? or is it better to go over the muscle? Melonie if you read this HELP

From my own reading, under the muscle implants can be harder to place properly - smaller hole(s) and spot to work with (than over the muscle).

From personal experience, one of my ex-gfs had an under the muscle set that were placed too wide IMHO.  Resulted in a very *hard* spot on the outside of the breast, near each armpit.  They looked nice, but that hard spot just killed the experience.  But she was (is) a nutjob, so serves her right

her under the muscle implants may not have been initially placed too wide - the pec muscle itself may have pushed the implants outward !  I've had over the muscle implants, then bigger under the muscle implants, and elected to switch back to over the muscle for my last set of implants because the "unders" were a constant source of low grade pain when I worked out or danced and worked my pec muscles a lot.  Generally, the bigger the implants, the more a girl should think about "overs".  However, there is one plastic surgeon, Dr. Brad Jacobs of Manhattan, who has developed a unique surgical procedure which utilizes a "muscle flap" and supposedly minimizes problems with larger implants.
