Just wanna add my $.02.......

The women of this board have been incredibly wonderful, knowledgable and supportive. Melonie responded to my BA surgery questions time and time again. She always answered quickly and with TONS of information. This woman knows what she's talking about! Bambi has been a real sweetie to Tracy, supporting her in her threads here at the BEA and telling her how fantastic she looks. She's genuinely a nice down-to-earth person. Vixen has answered my PM's about her doc in LA (if/when Tracy has a redo) and she too comes across as a very sweet individual.
We are lucky to have such great women here on the BEA. Maybe we take that for granted sometimes.

speaking of adjustables...i have been trying to decide whether to go with the same type of implants as Vixen or saline adjustables. if i go with the adjustables where would i get them from? Melonie, do you know?

SandCat, EuroSilicone makes adjustable saline implants in large custom sizes as well as fixed volume saline and silicone implants.  Once upon a time I had a set rated at 2500cc (with a 1000cc silicone center bag).  The doctor put them in filled to 1500cc (1000cc silicone surrounded by 500cc saline), and then gradually over the course of the following year they continued to be pumped up to 3000cc (1000cc silicone surrounded by 2000cc saline).
