Yes and no to the are they real question.
She's a 32-E but apparently was a 32-D before the op so she wasn't exactly flat chested to begin with!

Yeah, i've known about Lucy B for a while now, she started off in the "lads mags" like loaded etc.

She hasn't done that many shoots that are readily available on the net unfortunately. She does have a webpage though:  HERE
