I know man, they're great

But inside I get realllllllly annoyed with these Japanese male guys who seem to fear huge boobs

I mean come on man... they're huge breasts... the women who have the huge breasts want sex... why the constant terror

Okay yeah I guess there is the sinister husband/father in this particular story but he's had his fair share

Oh and t1ght... perhaps you could 'save as' the .htm file as a .zip file and see what happens from there. And can I just confirm that you're refering to the big file from yahoo group site and not the individual manga pages when you mention the .htm stuff. Just that'd help

Could be your browser is saving the 403 response Yahoo gives when the bandwidth limit is exceeded. If it's not that, I wouldn't know.
Perhaps you can give some more information. What browser are you using, and what OS?

My avatar is from "R.O.D The TV", which is the sequel to the Read or Die OVA (note that the show isn't called Read or Die, just R.O.D because it contains elements from Read or Die (OVA and novels) and Read or Dream (manga)). The capture is from a later episode so I can't go into details without giving major spoilers.
In any case, R.O.D The TV is licensed by Geneon, volume 1 (with a kick-ass collector's box) is out now on DVD, volume 2 is due in September (and I already have it pre-ordered! ).

And for the record, my username comes from the anime "The Vision of Escaflowne". Also, the real Dilandau would kill you, maim your family and burn your village to the ground if you called him Dil. He's not a nice guy, and definitely one of the most insane anime villains ever.
"The Vision of Escaflowne" is licensed by Bandai in the US and has been out for some time. There is also a movie called "Escaflowne: A Girl in Gaea" but most people think the series is much better, and so do I.

I learned Japanese at Leiden University, and by watching lots and lots of anime.

I could host it for free in my site, sitiofan.com. We could create a 100 mg subdomain for your uploads. We have migrated to a much bigger server and we have plenty of space.

PM me if you are interested.

Yes I am talking about the large files from the yahoo group, the individual pages form the server work fine.  I am running Windows XP home and am using Internet Explorer.  I still can't solve the problem.  I hope it will work if I keep trying.  Any more info you guys need I can give.
I have never failed to fail!

I made a small correction to the first page, and I've uploaded a corrected zip of pages 1 through 5 to the group.

Also, G_I_John, I told the real Dilandau about your calling me "Dil", and attached is his reaction.

In completely unrelated news, I now have a sig.

Heh heh... yeah, Dilandau wasn't a pleasant "guy"...  He had good reason for being a nut job though.  But that's neither here nor there

Like the manga so far, although I'm not entirely sure where the story can go now.  Should be interesting to see

P.S. -- The movie is behind End of Eva on my list of "Anime that makes you go 'Huh?!'"
"Long time listener, first time caller."

Name shamelessly scalped from "The Demented Cartoon Movie"

As a special treat, an extra big update today. Ten (count 'em!) pages at once.

Attached is the first of the batch (page 18), which is a cover page. As you can see, this chapter is labelled "chapter 1".
I can hear you saying: "Then what the hell were we reading before this?!? Chapter 0."
As much as I, being a Computer Scientist, would've appreciated it if they started numbering at zero, that's not the case.

The first chapter of this manga, the one you have already, is called "Tsurai zo kateikyoushi". This new chapter is called "Yariika kateikyoushi, chapter 1". All the remaining chapters of this manga are "Yariika kateikyoushi".

Which begs the question, how does the first chapter fit into continuity. The answer is, it doesn't, at least that's what I think. For one thing, the main guy in the first chapter is called "Takuya", and now he's called "Ichiba". Because they look alike, we might be dealing with a single person called "Takuya Ichiba", I don't know that. What I do know, as is evident from reading the pages of this new update, is that Ichiba at least isn't a tutor yet.

So what I think is that the first chapter, the one with Takuya, was more of an eye-catcher than anything else. Now, starting with this chapter, we get to the real story.

That's just my opinion anyway, I could be completely wrong. If you happen to have a better explanation, feel free to let me know. To quote a certain Vulcan, "I have no ego to bruise".

When the hosting deal with Tman comes through I intend to translate and upload the cover pages and the table of contents, which'll hopefully make this chapter mess a little better to follow for you.

In any case, enjoy the new update!
