Again, thanks everyone! She likes that one Fuzzy. Here's what I just came up with Xxxena's boobs. As you can see I'm only a novice photoshopper.

Good color matching, though - that's often the trickiest part. You needed a better pic of Xxxena - way too much noise in the breasts compared to the body. You might want to feather the edge a bit too to blend it in better.

Me, I "hand" drew the breasts (as seen on Morphing Lesson #1)

Your best bet given the fact that she only has a B cup's worth of natural breast tissue to start with is to start her out with a local plastic surgeon and a set of 850cc rated McGhan 67-133FV16 round adjustable implants.  These can probably be put in filled to 500cc or so, and then after 3 months of recovery have an additional 100cc or so injected per month.  These implants can easily handle 1200cc worth of fill as the silicone rubber envelope is very stretchy.  As they are filled beyond 1000cc, they'll start to really take on that round firm fake look that you're seeking.  1200cc would also achieve a size close to XXXena.

Since these are adjustable implants, at some point they really should be replaced with permanent non-adjustable implants.  Of course with her breast pockets expanded to 1200cc by this first set of implants, she could probably physically handle a set of 2000cc custom implants like Vixens the second time around.

Wow, that is excellent information Melonie. Thank you very much! What you say makes perfect sense and sounds like a well thought out approach. Tell us one thing. You say these implants are further filled or injected after surgery? Is it done with a syringe? If so what seals the puncture hole in the implant when the needle is retracted? This is very interesting!

Start out by checking out http://www.inamed.com/products/recon/us/patient/tissue/prodinfo.html
which has a picture of this implant.  You'll see a darker colored circle which is flush with the face of the implant.  This is actually a McGhan patented filler valve.  The very dark ring is actually a ceramic magnet embedded below the surface of the implant.  The slightly darker section in the center of the ceramic magnet is the filler valve itself, which I'm told consists of a hardened stainless steel inverted cone with a leaf spring valve at the bottom.  The cone guides the needlepoint to the actual leaf spring valve - the pressure of the needle opens it and the removal of the needle allows the spring to close it.  Of course none of this extra "hardware" is detectable in any way since it is all located below the surface of the implant.  This is a big plus compared to typical adjustable implants which have a small plastic tube extending from the implant bag, and the valve mechanism at the end of the tube which must be located in the armpit.

The idea is that once these implants are put into the breast pockets, the area with the dark ring is left facing forward (and as you can see will fall in the upper half of the breast).  When it comes time for a "fillup", the plastic surgeon merely has to use a compass needle or anything else made of magnetic steel to locate the position of the ceramic ring magnet below the skin.  Then he lines up a hypodermic needle attached to some medical tubing and a big bag of saline solution with the center of the location he identified with the compass needle, pushes the needle  through the skin and through the outer surface of the implant's valve area, and starts pumping in the saline !

As I said, these adjustable implants are really not intended to be permanent implants, and there is a small chance that the implant's valves can begin to leak saline backwards if used too many times.  So the idea is to fill them as much as possible during the initial surgery, then wait until the skin stretches to accomodate the extra breast size, then go back for a fill-up with the doc pumping in as much as possible (like at least 100cc) each time with one needle stick (using like a 1000cc bag of saline, some medical tubing, and a transfusion syringe).  Then after each 100cc+ fill-up, it's best to wait another 2 months or so for the breast skin to again stretch and adjust to the new bigger breast size. With the small number of total needle sticks needed using this fill-up method limited to 6 or so there will be very little risk of valve leakage.

A year or so down the road when the implants are filled to 1200cc (or more, depending on how you like the overfilled look - the implants themselves can probably hold 1500cc but will start to look and feel like softballs at that point), it's time to start talking about custom made 1500cc or 2000cc permanent implants to replace the adjustable ones.

The nice thing about using these McGhan adjustable implants is that they're available from stock, and they're also FDA approved for use by any US plastic surgeon in any US hospital or clinic.  This means that your girlfriend can have this done close to home the first time.  This will be important not only for "peace of mind" knowing that seeing the doc for a checkup is a 10 minute drive away, but also important because she's going to be needing a half dozen trips back to the doctor's office for fill-ups !  When you get to the custom implant stage it will probably be necessary to travel to L.A. and hook up with an experienced doc, but not until then !

I had a set of implants myself once upon a time.  I liked the shape a lot, but eventually I wanted bigger ones !  There's a pic of them filled to 1200cc if I remember right ...

Now I have to warn your girlfriend that the experience of having adjustable implants filled is extremely likely to make her a BE addict for life !  During the initial surgery you simply go out under the anesthesia and wake up later with bigger tits.  But during the fill-ups it's an entirely different story.  You're sitting there fully awake on the doc's office exam table.  You see the doc pop the needle into your implant valve which is virtually painless.  But as soon as the doc hits the plunger of the syringe and starts pumping saline, you can see and FEEL your boobs becoming pressurized - then stretching, then Growing heavier and Heavier and HEAVIER - thrusting forward more and More and MORE ...

Thanks for the encouraging words, MacK !  It was very easy to write that last paragraph, because that personal experience of having my 'new' adjustable implants filled up for the first time was one I'll never ever forget !

Perhaps I should consider writing as a new career alternative ?

Well, EuroSilicone has molds to produce either 1500cc or 2000cc rated "permanent" adjustable implants on a special order basis.  These are the type with a 6 inch long plastic tube and "armpit" filler valve attached, which allow for the tube to be cut and plugged and for the "armpit" filler valve to be surgically removed once the implants are filled up all the way.

The big problem of course is that these implants will lack an FDA approval, preventing them from being used in any US hospital or clinic.

Ever consider a vacation to Paris for a couple of weeks, with a BA surgery thrown in ?

Melonie, wow, my eyes nearly rolled to the ceiling, here I just barely talked myself into no more that 1500cc's and I'm all excited about feeling my breasts grow heavier and larger and larger, that feeling would drive me way over the edge I'm sure.

are you familiar at all with a dr baeke in kansas city. I got a referral to him from someone out east who has gotten larger implants than 2000 put in by him. I talked to his nurse already and they are looking around for implants for me. just curious.

thank you for the delicious and wet writing.

hugs, Autumn

Melonie, your response was amazing, and your linguistics the same, however I am concerned about the ceramic magnetic ring based in these implants, overtime if not filled up and left sealed (for simplicity sake) would they not attract some ions from the saline solution? Possibly also attracting deposits of iron from blood? I may be way out to lunch, but if somebody ever used these for permanent implants (which i'd doubt be the case) that would be my fear. Please correct me if i'm wrong, i've never touched or been near implants before (A shocking admission! )

The ceramic ring magnets are embedded underneath the silicone rubber implant bag surface.  They are also toroidal in shape, which means next to no external magnetic field.

"You can picture a piece of a magnet as a small arrow, with the tail the S pole and the head the N pole. Now if you make a loop of these arrows, you've represented a toroidal (donut-shaped) magnet. At each head, there's also a tail, so no point is more N-like or S-like. Therefore a toroidal magnet has no poles. There's still a magnetic field inside, but it falls off more quickly outside than does the field from a magnet with poles. That can be very convenient if you don't want the magnetic field inside the torus to affect stuff outside, and vice-versa. Toroidal electromagnets are used to make transformers, and also used as inductors in electronic circuits. "

PS Where's my last paragraph?

On the serious side.  This sounds like the ideal solution for RR because his significant other can start with what she wants and then, when the post-op inflammation has resolved and "buyer's remorse" has set in, she can start her gradual expansion.  Talk about win-win!!! RR gets to ease his lady into it.
