You guys are funny.  Anya did not have a boob job.  She simply lost weight in an attempt to make her boobs a little smaller.  Around 6 kilos or so.  It worked.  If she puts the weight back on, her boobs will good back to how they were.  She did not color her moles, she had them frozen off.

Man, it's clear that from her previous weight all she had to lose was in her chest. She still looks equally skinny, just a bit smaller. Who knows what she'd look like if she gained weight above what she was at before.
