There's a number of reasons.

1. Since most porn is directed towards men, men love seeing "hot lesbo on lesbo action" a bit more than seeing PIV.

2. You know that show How I Met Your Mother? The character that Neil Patrick Harris played was a very hetero lothario. Meanwhile NPH is married to another man. So remember that porn actresses are still actresses: they're playing a role in front of a camera, which role does not necessarily jibe with their real-life sexual orientation or preferences.

3. Some porn actresses are heterosexually married and therefore believe that what they do at work is separate from what they do at home, and getting "hot lesbo on lesbo action" at work lets them not have to risk sex with a man other than their husband/SO...which is their right.

4. Some porn actresses are not heterosexual but are lesbian/bisexual, and therefore prefer having sex with women on camera to having sex with men on camera.

5. Kissing another woman isn't the same as "intercourse" with them
