Thanks Pacman, I enjoyed every issue. I am one of those people that asked Pacman if I could do a piece for ThanksX3.1. But I never got around to doing it. Sorry.
ThanksX3.1 was refreshing to read, and exciting because it was different than R & D and different than Behavior. It was an expression of energy and passion about the subject of boobs that sort of grabbed you by the lapels, threw you into a chair, and said READ THIS - NOW !
I liked that Pacman said what he wanted to say, and didn't really care if you liked it or not. It was his 'zine - didn't he cross out "Editor" and substitute "Emperor" on the mast head. That was cool.
And when ThanksX3.1 published their interview with Maxi Mounds, on or about the same time, that my interview with Maxi came out in R & D, wasn't that serendipitous and exciting.
Yes, Thanksx3.1 was a welcome addition to the webzines. I will miss it. And Pacman will miss it too, despite his statements that it was time to put it aside and move on.
Deep inside of him, and inside all of us that put our words out there for people to read, we do hope that you WILL like it, and tell us as much, so Pacman's blustery defiance, and sometimes in-your-face nyaaaahhh, nyaaaahh wasn't real.
But the webzine was real. And so was the enjoyment I got from reading it.
I know that Pacman can be proud of his efforts. And I am proud to say that I am happy our paths crossed over the years.
