If all media types are acceptable in this thread, then Tank Girl comes to mind. Not exactly our preferred proportions, but exemplary in the hardware venue...

Lots of artwork by Simon Bisley has very voluptuous women with monster guns.  Google away...

And our own contributor TraX has done plenty of CGI featuring his notably super-curvy babes with the occasional automatic weapon.

I have somewhat exotic body modding plans for myself for RL ;)
I do the 'Bad Kitty' morphs, here and elsewhere.
(I'm not a huge "morph-request" person, I spend a loooong time on them, and I do them primarily for my own enjoyment. Its hard enough to find time to do all the morphs i want to do)
