1: divide 30cm = 1 foot, and multiply any decimal by 12 to get an inch number
2: Or try 1"=2.53cm

In Inches
T60.8, B48, W24, H34.4 (using 1st attempt which equals 1"=2.5cm)
T60.79, B47.43, W23.72, H33.99 (using 2nd attempt using 1"=2.53cm)

Well based on a certain amount of guessing I would suspect her measurements are:

5', 38J-24-34

This is a educated guess since I couldn't find her Japanese size anywhere.
