Thye subtitles are Finnish, but I think the voice-over is Swedish. It was filmed in Las Vegas, however.

Mod edit: just install a "FLV (or 'flash video') downloader/capture plugin" in your browser and you can save anything at YouTube and similar sites. The one I use is called Ant Video Capture but there are at least a dozen for Firefox (fewer for less popular browsers). -Pal
