Come on man, this is easy.  Just act like you want to get a picture of your 'trip to Canyons' and ask her to be in the picture with you!  This would be more appropriate if she was your waitress.  In order to get her to be your waitress, just start by going to the bar area first to assertain what section she is working in.  Then decide that 'maybe you would like a table over there by the window' (in her section).
Kind of sounds like I have done this before....
Hey, whatever works!

Damn, I was in the Seattle area last week too!!!

Went to Canyons yesterday but didn't see anyone overly-busty there. There were 2 that I thought had faces that resembled Ewa, but no huge racks (C cup at best). I took a photo of the better looking one (attached), but it didn't come out well as you can see - bad cameraphone, plus no zoom. Your girl must not have been working when I was there (Friday evening).

Good work, paipaiguy!  That wasn't my ewa-clone, who you can't really miss- she's extraordinarly beautiful, and pretty damn busty!- but the one you photographed is pretty cute.  She's got a nice round, plump butt.

As you can see, the floor plan is open, and it's hard to get a good photo without all but announcing "I'm photographing women here!!!!" at the top of your lungs.

I did it quite discreetly - made it look like I was texting on my cell phone and just took a snapshot without the flash-enabled. Biggest factor is getting seated in a good place. I lucked out and got placed right by the waitress station, as you can see. If you can get a better idea of her schedule, this shouldn't be difficult.

The most frequent days I've seen her there are thursdays and fridays, during the lunch hour, although she's been there other days of the week.  I've only ever been during lunchtimes, so I don't know if she also works other shifts.

Thanks for making an effort, man!  If you get a pic of her, I'll be the first in line to take a look!
