Katie Price has had surgery to reduce her breast size by FIVE cup sizes after telling pals: “I want to be taken more seriously.”
The former glamour model Jordan has reduced her huge 34FF breasts to what appear to be more like her original pert 32Bs from nearly 20 years ago.
The dramatic transformation – Katie’s seventh time under the surgeon’s knife – was clear to see last week.
The 36-year-old was pictured leaving a photography studio with her slim, quite boyish figure almost unrecognisable.
When the pictures are released this week, the sight will astonish her millions of male and female fans who have watched her chest swell over the years.
Katie had her FIRST breast implants aged 19 when she had her natural 32B bust enhanced to 32D in 1998.
A year later she had a SECOND operation to take her up to a 32DD.
In 2000 her THIRD session of silicone implants boosted her to a G cup. Her FOURTH enhancement op was in Los Angeles which took her to an enormous 32GG.
Katie, who went on to become a multi-millionaire businesswoman and TV reality star, justified the incredible size by saying she didn’t feel as sexy as other models.
She boasted: “I’m famous for my tits.”
But in 2007, after meeting first husband Peter Andre, she decided to have a breast reduction in her FIFTH operation.
She had hoped to trim her bust to a 32C but was left with a 32FF cup and complained the results had left her breasts too far apart.
She then had a SIXTH round of surgery to rectify this.
Now the trademark chest that kept her in the public eye for nearly 20 years has completely gone with her latest SEVENTH op.
She had the more natural-looking implants inserted at a clinic in Belgium.
And before the op, she tweeted a picture of the slimline silicone pads and cheekily nicknamed them Billy and Bob.
A friend of the mum-of-five said: “Katie has told friends she had got sick of carrying around her enormous boobs and decided enough was enough.
“She was fed up of constantly having to have her clothes made to measure and has wanted to be able to buy high street clothes without hassle for years.
“The reduction is huge and instantly visible. People will be able to see it straight away.
“For a long time Katie has felt she was more recognisable for her breasts than anything else but she wants to shake that image off a little.
“She’s also a serious businesswoman and entrepreneur. She felt the boobs were holding her back a bit from that image.
“On top of that, her pregnancies and chi1dbirth had begun to have an impact on them. The time was just right.”
Last week Katie apologised when she turned up late for the London launch of her latest perfume Kissable Fierce, saying bluntly: “I’ve got new tits and they’re sore.”
And she admitted: “I’m tiny. For the first time in 20 years. When I walk in a room people don’t look at my boobs, they look at my face.”
Last year the now legendary model denied claims she was planning more surgery after chi1dbirth, insisting she was happy with motherhood and had a good body image.
But she finally deciding to drastically reduce them after the birth of her latest daughter Bunny four months ago.
Her friend added: “This is the start of a new stage in her life.
“She feels like the image change puts her in a great position to reinvent herself a bit and move forwards.
“She’s absolutely made up with the results. It was worth every penny, not to mention the pain that she has had to go through after the operation.”
