Hi Shadow. Actually I do not want and will not be getting more string. There is enough string already in my breasts to achieve the 50" size I want. 50" is also about the limit as to the amount of total skin stretching and the amount of total breast weight that my body can accomodate without risking weird cosmetic results or back problems.
The problem with my own breasts is that because of the previous problems I have had with bag type implants, a thick layer of scar tissue has formed on the inside surface of my breast skin (which used to contact the bag implants). Scar tissue is not anywhere near as pliable as regular skin, so while the balls of string in my breasts have wanted to 'unwind' and become larger, the scar tissue 'lining' has opposed this in the same way that a baseball's outer cover prevents the tightly packed string core from unraveling. The good doctor is going to try some 'tricks' to force the scar tissue lining to stretch.
Addition of string would involve a major risk, since the increased 'pressure' inside the breast will choose the 'path of least resistance' to force an expansion. This is unlike bag type implants which have a pre-defined shape and size. If excess internal breast 'pressure' is applied by tightly packed string, and if the breast skin is not of uniform elasticity, the stretching can and will occur at whatever part of the breast is the most pliable. If the 'outside' breast skin is less pliable than the 'center' breast skin, only the center will stretch. If the 'bottom' breast skin is less pliable than the 'top' breast skin, only the top skin will stretch. This is the reason that I did not choose to have more string put in my breasts in the first place, as I wanted to be sure that my breast size, shape and nipple placement would still be fairly symmetrical (even at the expense of a larger final size).
