Personally, I like the look of her current implants very much (big, round, firm and fake), but maybe she's got problems with them.

im no doctor, but my guess is that she has had what is called capsular contracture.  this is when the pocket of tissue enclosing the implant, which is really just scar tissue, hardens.  however, it could just be the hardening of the implants themselves also.  maybe shes just due for a simple replacement.

Now that's a fun thought to toy with!  I suppose that 2000 CCs would work best for her build (BTW, I've always wondered, is this measurement per bust or per breast?), though 3000 might be interesting.  However with her frame as tiny as it is (she's not just relatively short, but small too), much higher than 2000 CCs definately would make life a tad difficult.

She has got one of the lousiest looking snatches I have ever seen. Her kitty reminds me of a hatchet wound - UUGGHH!!   She rivals porn star Lynn LeMay and others for the worst box of alltime!

Although I am a titman - I do so appreciate a woman with a nearly perfect or perfect box.

As inclined as I might be to see your POV, turbo, and I respect your right to have it...

I mean no offence when I say that she didn't really pick her crotch like she picked her boobs!  And were she to want to change it's outward appearance, it would take a lot of cosmetic surgery and a hell of a lot of painkillers during the healing process.

But that's besides the point, I guess, I've found that it doesn't really matter so much what the snatch looks like as long as it's clean.  Sometimes the not-so-prettiest bearded clam can be the sweetest and most comfortable you'd ever want to come across...or in...or er, you get it.

And it's a lot like your johnson, you don't have much control over the size of it (length or width) or the appearance...and how you use it makes all the difference in the world.  Some chicks you'll work wonders with, others you'll bore to **82** (without practice and fine-tuning of skills) and there are some women you fit perfectly and others are not quite the right fit.

I appreciate a clean appearance also, neatly trimmed excess pubes and clean as a whistle, most goddesses appreciate the same thing in return!  Other aspects of a woman anyone should consider are:
1. Nice tits
2. Decent physical shape
3. How she carries herself (indicates esteem)
4. Intellect.  Nothing worse than wham-bam-your-turn ma'am and then you're looking into an empty stare...probably because she has no freakin' idea where you are coming from and has a completely different set of interests or priorities or a different (up or down) intelligence level.

I have just sent an E-Mail to Sakura Senas' Website. And this is what I got back in Reply, from Jon Sasso. (Basically, Sakura is searching for softer implants something like the Eurosilicon ones which you may, or may not have heard about. They seem softer than saline.)
