I was recently sitting with a Thai girl that had 300cc gel? (her words) implants.  She looked very hot as like most Thais was very slim. She explained to me that to prevent her tits becoming too hard she gropes them every day.  She showed me what she meant and then asked me to have a go.  When I grpoed she said harder, much harder, until I was groping these tits as hard as I could.  My question was are you not scared these bags will burst.  She seemed not to be which was fine by me 'cause I was having fun.  Does anyone know of this groping procedure or was that just bollocks?  Also is implant rupture often a problem?  I would of thought that with big implants especially this may be a risk.

I think the technical term is "massage", but no, she wasn't bsing you, they ARE supposed to do it. It helps prevent scar tissue from forming around the implant.

Just out of curiousity, how's an implant feel, compared to real breasts? I've only groped my (now ex) wife, and her's were real.

Most plastic surgeons recommend "massaging" at least once a day for 15 minutes. This helps prevent capsular contracture and keeps the pocket open and moving. My ps also says to be very rough and agressive while doing it. The implant would never rupture from this--ever! When I went for my consultation, my surgeon actually took a letter opener and stabbed an implant right in front of me--it did not burst --so trust me--you could not possibly be strong enough to make one explode!!! Also the term "gel" refers to silicone gel which is the newest implant product--it can't leak like the old-school sili. Also, just a thought--300cc is very small---(250cc=250ml=1cup)---how big was she pre-surgery?

Incidently you said 300cc was very small. In the context of an Asian less than 5 feet tall and no heavier than 90lbs with a waist of 18inches, she actually looked pretty big.  Not that I didn't try to tell her to go bigger; of course I did but then I love implanted breasts and to me there is no such thing as too big.

......and when that scare tissue builds up, you are in for one (two, I should say) unpleasant surprise(s). Non-massaged breasts are like those hard sponge balls chiropractors give people to use for flexing hand muscles. Unfortunately, they look like them, too.

Question: does it help the implantee any if instead of groping the boob, you sorta use it as a punching bag? That would seem to be a good way to loosen upp any capsulization going on. I don't mean whacking it like you were Mike Tyson going for a title, but will punching the sac help any?
