  It's not an "erotic" anime by any stretch of the imagination, but Master of Mosquiton has a demon that when she changes form her boobs go from almost nonexhistant A's to gianormous DD's in an "explosive" sort of way (the "boing" sound effect is applied)

Hey I have the actually Eiken OVA movies somewhere, they used to be randomly posted in the cartoon section on the www.mysticcrunk.com giantess forum (quite strange), they aren't the best animation but very nice from a boob point of view, lol!
