I haven't looked at Tina's autobiography for a while, so September 15th 1959 (rather than 10th) was just me not remembering the actual day that was mentioned in the book correctly!
I'm pretty sure that Tina would have not been involved in [censored] posing for photos, and that John Xavier would not have asked her to. Based on the way the book is written I think that Tina was already at least 20 or 21 when she started posing.
If Tina did go to Thailand then there is nothing to say that she hasn't returned to England occasionally. There is a lot of years between 1988 and 1996/7!
My own view is that Robin Grenville-Evans has been quite helpful, given that your email must have been very unexpected and his involvement with UltraVision / Legend was so long ago. I don't regard him as having been callous or anything like that.
I've no further info to add at the moment. I'll let you know if I come across anything else.
If you do manage to contact Russ Meyer, and find out whether the rumour I described is true or not - let me know!

I have not previously contacted you about Tina Small, so the other person who saw her is another example of her existence.
It is not particularly surprising that Tina was to be seen in my old home town. (Called Havant, in the county of Hampshire) John Xavier's premises were originally at Southbourne, a village a few miles away; and later in South Harting, which is also only a few miles away. I don't believe she ever lived in Havant though.
I saw Tina on a hot summer's day walking from the old town library towards a shopping centre (Both since replaced with a new shopping mall). From a distance, I initially assumed she was pregnant. As she came closer I could see just how wrong I was! She was wearing white trousers and a white short-sleeved blouse, made from some quite thick material. It was still very obvious that she was not wearing a bra.
I noticed that she seemed to be a little sad. I wondered if it was the burdon of having such large breasts, or if some tragedy had occurred. If you look at her photos where she has the 'melancholic' expression, that would be it exactly.
I think I was too astonished to say anything, but I did double back to try to find her. Without success. She may have gone to the bus station or the railway station, both of which were near by.
I did hope that I might see around her again, but beyond one sighting that was too fleeting to be sure ( I was in my car) I never have seen her again.
Because I didn't know at that time that she did modelling work, I did not make a note of the date. So I just know that it was early 1980's. I finally came across her work in early 1885, in a magazine called (I think) 'Bounce'.
