While, another dark skinned lady who was said to be from India, Maya Singh, also went by the name of Ann Stephens?

As far as I know, they were different women. Maya worked almost entirely for Fling, while Anne Ali was more widely published. And Maya was also a/k/a **02** Stephens.

The foregoing may be entirely wrong on all points; remember how different Arlene Bell looked in her "Latina" phase?

I'm willing to go with what you say that "**02**" is not Ann Stephens aka Maya Singh.   But I believe I've seen on the web somewhere a listing of her as both Ann **02** Stephens and Maya Singh.    'Course, there's a lotta bad and misinformed info out there on the web.
